静脉药物配置中心运行模式在提高工作效率和减少排药差错率中的作用

摘要:

目的 探讨静脉药物配置中心(孕陨灾粤杂)运行模式对提高工作效率和减少排药差错率的作用。方法 原有静脉药物配置中心工作的流程为医生开处方、药师审方、分签、贴签、排药、核对、配置、复核及打包、静脉用药,回顾原有工作模式不足,进一步优化运行流程,实施PIVAS运行模式,按照科室静脉药品将所属病区进行分组,将其所需的静脉药物按照此病区分组来集中调配;将人员平均分为两组,每组各承包一半病区的所有工作,包括优化分签、贴签程序,加强药品管理和标识,逐一编号固定位置等。结果 PIVAS运行模式排药时间明显缩短,工作效率明显提高,与原有工作模式相比,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.01)。PIVAS运行模式排药差错率明显低于原有工作模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PIVAS运行模式能够提高工作 效率,减少排药差错率,值得临床推广应用。

    The role of the operation mode of the intravenous drug distribution center in improving

    the work efficiency and reducing the error rate of drug delivery

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of the operation mode of the intravenous drug distribution center in improving the work efficiency and reducing the error rate of drug delivery. Methods The process of the original work model included doctor prescribing, pharmacists checking, label dissemination, labeling, drug queueing, checking, configuration, review and packaging and intravenous. The weakness of the original work mode was reviewed,so as to optimize the  operation process, and the PIVAS operation mode was suggested. The ward was divided into groups according to the department of intravenous drugs belonged, and the required intravenous drug group according to the ward was under the centralized deployment. The staff were divided equally into two groups, each group undertook half of the ward's work, including optimize the labeling, labeling procedures, strengthen drug management and identification and one by one number to a fixed location. Results Compared with the original mode of operation, PIVAS operation mode significantly shortened the dissemination time, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); the error rate of the PIVAS operation mode was significantly lower than that of the original operation mode, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion PIVAS operating mode can significantly improve work efficiency, reduce the error rate of drug dissemination, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
