糖尿病合并高血压联合应用硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦治疗的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨糖尿病合并高血压联合应用硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的68例糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组，每组34例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦进行治疗，观察组患者给予硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后血压、血糖变化。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.12%，明显高于对照组的82.35%（P<0.05）治疗1个月后，两组患者的血压、血糖均有明显改善，且研究组改善程度显著优于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 联合应用硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并 高血压能有效的改善患者的血压及血糖，临床疗效显著。

Observation the clinical effect of nifedipine and irbesartan in the treatment

of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine and irbesartan in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two group by different treatment methods, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given irbesartan, while the research group was treated with nifedipine complicated with irbesartan. The clinical effects, changes of blood pressure and blood glucose before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of research group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than 82.35% in the control group (P<0.05); after one month treatment, the blood pressure, blood glucose,and HbA1c of two groups were obviously improved, and the improved degree of research group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination use of nifedipine and irbesartan on treatment of diabetic patientswith high blood pressure can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood sugar, the clinical curative effect is distinct.
