不同剂量布地奈德雾化吸入联合全身性激素治疗AECOPD的疗效及安全性评价

摘要：

目的 评价不同剂量布地奈德雾化吸入联合全身性激素治疗AECOPD的疗效及安全性。方法 选取我院收治的AECOPD患者130例，根据治疗方法的不同分为大剂量组45例，小剂量组45例，对照组40例。三组患者均给予基础治疗，在此基础上小剂量组给予小剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，大剂量组给予大剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，所有患者治疗观察14d。结果 大剂量组、小剂量组及对照组的总有效率分为为97.78%，84.44%，70.00%，大剂量组的总有效率明显高于其他两组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，三组患者的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC都明显优于于治疗前，且大剂量组跃小剂量组跃对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 大剂量布地奈德雾化吸入联合全身性激素治疗AECOPD疗效显著，有很好的应用价值。

The clinical efficacy and safety of different doses of budesonide inhalation

combined with systemic steroid in the treatment of AECOPD

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different doses of budesonide inhalation combined with systemic corticosteroids in the treatment of AECOPD. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of patients with AECOPD admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into large dose group (45 cases), small dose group (45 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to different treatment. The three groups were all given basic treatment, while the small dose group was given small dose of budesonide inhalation treatment, the large dose group was given large doses. All the patients were treated and observed for 14 days. Results The total effective rates of large dose group, small dose group and control group were 97.78%, 84.44% and 70.00% respectively, the total effective rate of the large dose group was higher than the other two groups, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC in three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the large dose group>the small dose group>the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The large doses of budesonide inhalation combinedwith systemic corticosteroids in the treatment of AECOPD has significant curative effect, it has good application value.
