真武汤结合西医治疗糖尿病肾病的综合评价

摘要：

目的 综合评价真武汤结合西医治疗糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法 选取我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者360例，随机分为对照组与治疗组。两组患者均给予常规治疗方法，治疗组在此基础上给予真武汤治疗。结果 治疗后，两组患者的中医证候积分均明显下降，且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗组总有效率、治疗后肝、肾功能和血压检测指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 真武汤结合西医疗法治疗糖尿病肾病的效果良好，且安全性较高，值得推广。

Comprehensive assessment of Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine on diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Three hundred and sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The two groups were both given conventional treatment, while the treatment group was addonly given Zhenwu decoction. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); the total 　effective rate, indexs of liver function and blood pressure after treatment of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine has good effect for diabetic nephropathy and with high security, which is worth promotion.
