甲状腺癌外科手术操作对手术并发症的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨甲状腺外科手术操作对手术并发症的影响。方法 选取岐山县医院肿瘤外科2013年3月至2016年2月收治的80例甲状腺患者作为研究对象，对所有患者行甲状腺次全、全切除术，分析术中的手术操作要点，观察术后患者并发症的 情况及治疗措施。结果 80例患者的手术平均时间为（122.10±14.52）min，术中平均出血量为（151.23±21.14）mL，所有患者均治愈出院。其中，4例患者发生并发症，并发症发生率为5.0%，给予及时治疗后均治愈出院。结论 分化型甲状腺癌是甲状腺次全、全切除术的主要手术适应证，术中操作解剖精细是有效降低并发症发生率的关键所在。

The influence of surgical procedure on the complications of thyroid carcinoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of surgical operation of thyroid carcinoma and the surgical complications. Methods Eighty cases of thyroid patients admitted in Department of Tumor Surgery of Qishan County Hospital from March 2013 to February 2016 were selected as research objects, which were treated with subtotal thyroidectomy and total resection. The main points of operation were analyzed, and the complications after operation were observed. Results The average operation time of eighty patients was (122.10±14.52) min, and the average intraoperative bleeding volume was (151.23 ±21.14) mL, all patients were cured and discharged. There were 4 patients with surgical complications, the incidence rate of complications was 5.0%, and the 4 patients were cured after timely treatment. Conclusion Differentiated thyroid carcinoma is the main indication of subtotal thyroidectomy, and the key to reducing the complications is that the operation is fine.
