益气滋阴活血法治疗62例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床观察

摘要：

目的 观察益气滋阴活血法治疗62例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者临床治疗效果。方法 随机抽选62例在2013年1月至2016年1月于我院治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为本研究的观察对象，按照其住院先后顺序将其分为观察组与对照组，每组31例。采用常规西医疗法对两组患者进行治疗，观察组患者同时采用益气滋阴活血法进行治疗.。治疗结束后比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前、后NIHSS评分、糖化血红蛋白值与空腹血糖值变化情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(96.77%)明显高于对照组(77.42%)(P <0.05);观察组治疗前与治疗7天后的NIHSS 评分与对照组并无显著差异(P>0.05)，而治疗14天后与治疗28天后NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的糖化血红蛋白值与空腹血糖值均无显著差异(P>0.05)，而观察组治疗后糖化血红蛋白值与空腹血糖值的降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病合并脑梗死患者采用益气滋阴活血法不仅能提高治疗效率，而且能改善其神经功能缺损情况及血糖水平，值得在临床上进行推广。

Clinical observation of the therapy of benefiting Qi, nourishing Yin and activating blood on 62 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the therapy of benefiting Qi, nourishing Yin and activating blood on 62 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-two patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction treated between January 2013 and January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. These patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to date of hospitalization, with 31 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine therapy, while the patients in the observation group were treated with therapy of benefiting Qi, nourishing Yin and activating blood. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy, NIHSS scores before and after treatment, the changes in glycosylated hemoglobin level and fasting blood glucose level of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%, which was significantly higher than 77.42% of control group (P<0.05); the scores of NIHSS before and after treatment and 7 days after treatment of the observation group and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05), while the NIHSS scores in 14 days and 28 days after treatment of the observation group was significantly lower than the that of control group (P<0.05). The glycosylated hemoglobin level and fasting blood glucose level of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05), while the decrease in glycosylated hemoglobin level and fasting blood glucose level after treatment of the observation group were both greater than the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction, the therapy of benefiting Qi, nourishing Yin and activating blood not only can effectively enhance therapeutic efficiency, but also can improve neurologic deficit and blood glucose level, which is worth of wide application in clinic.
