补肾活血方联合西药治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨补肾活血法组方联合西药治疗肾病综合征的临床效果。方法 选择肾病综合征60例患者，随机分为常规组(n=30)和联合组(n=30)，常规组患者给予常规西药(强的松+雷公藤多苷)治疗，联合组患者给予补肾活血法组方联合西药(强的松+雷公藤多苷)治疗，两组患者均进行3个月治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 联合组患者水肿消失时间、蛋白尿转阴时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗总有效率、血清白蛋白水平明显高于常规组(P<0.05)，尿蛋白定量、胆固醇、甘油三酯水平明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 补肾活血法组方联合西药治疗肾病综合征效果显著，可有效提升患者治疗效果，改善患者临床症状。

The clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with nephrotic syndrome were selected, and randomly divided into normal group (n=30) and combined group (n=30). The normal group accepted conventional western medicine (prednisone+ tripterygium), while the combined group accepted Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Western medicine (prednisone+ tripterygium). The two groups were given 3 months of treatment, and then the therapeutic effects were compared. Results The time of edema disappearing and the negative conversion time of proteinuria in the combined group were significantly less than those in the normal group (P<0.05). The total effective rate and the level of serum albumin in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05); the level of urinary protein, cholesterol and triglyceride in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue decoction combined Western medicine has remarkable effect in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome, which can effectively improve patients treatment effect and clinical symptoms.
