孕前夫妇优生健康体检对提高出生人口素质的临床研究及意义

摘要：

目的 了解本地孕前夫妇的健康状况，探讨优生健康体检对提高出生人口素质的临床意义。方法 选取1976例(988 对)孕前夫妇进行优生健康体检，将有关数据作统计学分析。结果 988对夫妇中，双方均体检正常者637对(64.47%);一方或双方体检有异常者351对(35.53%)。家族史与疾病史占2.73%，不良孕育史占4.15%，常规体格检查异常率11.79%，生殖系统检查异常率2.27%，妇科超声检查异常率占总检查妇女的19.03%。实验室检测结果显示，妇女血常规检查、阴道分泌物常规、甲状腺功能检查异常率较高，分别为39.88%、11.84%、10.43%，妇女风疹病毒IgG抗体异常率为48.08%，巨细胞病毒IgG抗体检查异常率为47.37%。结论 优生健康体检有助于早期发现孕前夫妇存在的健康问题，为早期诊治提供依据，对减少出生缺陷、提高出生人口素质具有十分积极的意义。

The research and significance of preconception health check for eugenic in pre-pregnancy couples for improving the quality of birth population

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical significance of preconception health check for eugenic in pre-pregnancy couples for improving the quality of birth population. Methods One thousand nine hundred and seventy-six cases (988 couples) received the preconception health check before pregnancy, the relevant data were statistically analyzed. Results In the 988 couples, 637 pairs (64.47%) of couples were both checked normal; 351 (35.53%) pairs of one or both couples were checked abnormal by physical examination; 2.73% of the couples had family history or disease history; 4.15% of the couples had adverse pregnancy history; the abnormal rate of routine physical examination was 11.79%; the abnormal rate of reproductive system was 2.27%; the abnormal rate of gynecological ultrasound examination was 19.03%. Laboratories tests showed that the inspection abnormal rate of blood routine examination in women, vaginal secretions routine and thyroid function tests were high, they were 39.88%, 11.84% and 10.43% respectively. The abnormal rate of rubella virus IgG antibody and cytomegalovirus IgG antibody in women were 48.08% and 47.37%. Conclusion Preconception health check can help pre-pregnancy couples to know the health problem in early detection, provide basis for early diagnosis and treatment, and it has a positive significance in reducing birth defects and improving the quality of birth population.
