甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2011年6月至2015年6月门诊收 治的老年性阴道炎患者300例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各150 例。对照组患者采用甲硝唑栓治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合使用雌激素软膏进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 经过治疗，观察组患者治疗总有效率（97.33%）高于对照组（64.00%），两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者复发2例（1.33%），对照组15例（10.00%），两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组血清促卵泡生成素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）水平比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的FSH水平明显升高，E2水平明显降低，且观察组改善程度优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎，临床效果显著，不仅提高了老年患者治疗总有效率，还降低了疾病的复发率，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy observation of metronidazole suppositoriescombined with

estrogen cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metronidazole suppositories combined with estrogen cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods A total of three hunderd cases of patients with senile vaginitis in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The patients in the control group accepted metronidazole suppositories, while the patients in the observation group received metronidazole suppositories combined with estrogen cream, and the clinical efficacy between two groups were compared. Results The total curative rate in observation group (97.33%) was higher than that of the control group (64.00%), there was statistically significance between the two groups (P<0.05). There were 2 patients recurred in observation
group (1.33%), while 15 patients were recurred in the control group (10.00%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2) levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH in the two groups were significantly increased, and the levels of E2 were significantly decreased, and the FSH, E2 levels of observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of metronidazole suppositories combined with estrogen cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis has significant clinical effect, which can not only improve the total curative rate, but also can reduce the recurrence of the disease. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
