针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤围手术期护理中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 分析针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期中的临床应用效果。方法 将我院收治的240例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均接受手术治疗，对照组（n=120）患者进行常规护理，观察组（n=120）患者采取针对性护理干预。比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为3.33%，明显低于对照组的13.33%；观察组患者术后生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 为子宫肌瘤手术患者实施围手术期针对性护理干预，临床效果显著。

The clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on perioperative patients with uterine fibroids

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the targeted nursing intervention on perioperative patients with uterine fibroids. Methods Two hundred and forty cases of patients with uterine fibroids admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All the patients were treated with surgery, the control group (n=120) was given routine nursing, while the observation group (n=120) received targeted nursing intervention. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 13.33% of the control group; the quality of life the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids operation, the targeted perioperative nursing intervention has remarkable clinical effect.
