丹红注射液治疗面神经炎的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的探讨中药丹红注射液治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月1日至2016年6月1日本院门诊及住院急性面神经炎患者90例，病程均在72h内，治疗前未接受其他药物治疗，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各45例。对照组在泼尼松、甲钴胺、维生素B1和地巴唑等药物治疗的基础上给予除丹红以外的其他中成药物，治疗组在泼尼松、甲钴胺、维生素B1和地巴唑等药物治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液治疗，治疗后1、2周，1、3个月采用Sunnybrook（多伦多）面神经评分进行疗效评估。结果 经3个月治疗后，治疗组面神经炎患者Sunnybrook面神经评分为（95.54±4.26）分，对照组面神经炎患者为 （90.46±10.82）分，两组均较治疗前有所提高，且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 丹红注射液治疗急性面神经麻痹，疗效显著。

Clinical effects observation of Danhong injection in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis

ABSTRACT：Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Danhong injection on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Ninety cases of outpatient and inpatient acute facial neuritis patients from January 2014 to June 2016 of our hospital were selected with the requirements, whose onset of the disease all with in 72 hours. Anyother medications was not prescribed before treatment. All patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients of the control group were asked to received intravenous dripping of any other injection except Danhong, as well as the use of medicine such as prednisone, vitamin B1 and bendazol. Patients of the treatment group were asked to received intravenous dripping of 20 mL of Danhong injection, and the rest of the treatment were the same as that of the control group. The efficacy were evaluated according to Sunnybrook (Toronto) Method in 1 and 2 weeks, 1 and 3 months after the treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, the patients of the treatment group with facial neuritis Sunnybrook (Toronto) facial nerve score was (95.54 ±4.26), while the patients of the control group was (90.46±10.82). The two groups were improved compared with before treatment, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective to use Danhong injection to treat peripheral facial paralysis.
