中医针灸结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床实效性

摘要：

目的 分析中医针灸结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床实效性。方法 选择本院在2014年5月至2016年3月收治的50 例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各25例。其中对照组患者使用常规针灸方案治疗，研究组患者应用中医针灸结合推拿治疗，分析对比两组患者的临床治疗实效性。结果 治疗后，研究组患者治疗总有效率达到92.0%，对照组治疗总有效率达到68.0%，研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计意义(P<0.05);同时，研究组患者椎动脉-基底动脉的平均血流速度(TMFV)、收缩期的峰值血流速度(PSV)、血管搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(砸I)指标变化水平均显著优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者中，采取中医针灸结合推拿治疗，可改善患者治疗后的血流动力学指标，提升患者临床治疗实效性，发挥积极影响。

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods Fifty cases of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 92.0% in the study group and 68.0% in the control group. The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the mean flow velocity (TMFV) of vertebral artery basilar artery, peak systolic velocity (PSV), pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) index level in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, acupuncture combined with massage therapy can improve the hemodynamic parameters after treatment, elevate the patients' clinical therapeutic effectiveness, and exert a positive influence.
