针灸联合中药热敷治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析针灸联合中药热敷治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年10月至2016年6月到我院就诊的原发性痛经患者156例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组78例，对照组采取单纯针灸治疗，观察组采取针灸联合中药热敷治疗，对比两组患者的VAS评分、临床疗效以及复发率。结果 治疗后，观察组患者VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.44%，高于对照组的89.74%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为2.56%，低于对照组的10.26%(P<0.05)。结论 针灸联合中药热敷治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效显著，不仅能有效降低患者的疼痛程度，且复发率较低，值得在临床中推广应用。

Effect analysis of acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of patients with primary dysmenorrheal admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 78 cases in each group. The control group received acupuncture, while the observation group accepted acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation. The VAS score, clinical effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%, which was higher than 89.74% of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.56%, which was lower than 10.26% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal has significant clinical effect. It can effectively reduce the pain of the patients, and the recurrence rate is low, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
