奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的反流性食管炎患者110例，使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组55例。对照组单纯予以奥美拉唑（20~60 mg/次，2 次/d）口服治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用法莫替丁（20 mg/次，2 次/d）口服治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及用药后的不良反应。结果 观察组患者 的治疗总有效率（96.36%）明显高于对照组（81.82%）（P<0.05）；对照组患者的不良反应发生率9.09%与观察组的7.27%比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 在反流性食管炎的治疗中应用奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁可提高治疗效果，减少不良反应，应在临床进行推广。

Clinical observation of omeprazole combined with famotidine in treatment of reflux esophagitis

ABSTRACT：Objective To observe the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with famotidine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods One hundred and ten patients with reflux esophagitis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group receird omeprazole 20-60 mg/ time, 2 times/d oral treatment, the observation group of patients received famotidine 20 mg/time, 2/d oral treatment on the basis of the control group treatment, the two groups of patients with treatment effect and adverse drug reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.36%) was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group (P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate was 9.09% in the control group, which had no significant difference with 7.27% of the treatment group (P>0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined with famotidine can improve the curative effect and reduce the adverse reaction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, which should be popularized in clinic.
