临终关怀护理对癌症晚期患者临终期生存质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探究临终关怀护理对癌症晚期患者临终期生存质量的影响，并分析其在临床上的推广价值。方法 选取2014年4月至2016年4月我科收治的30例癌症晚期患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组（15例）和观察组（15 例），对照组采用常规的临床护理，而观察组采用临终关怀护理模式对癌症晚期患者进行干预。采用我科自制的患者生存质量核心问卷及护理满意度问卷对两组患者护理的结果进行评价。结果 观察组患者日常生活能力评分、社会活动情况评分、抑郁心理症状评分、焦虑心理症状评分及生存质量总评分均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的护理总体满意度（100.00%）明显高于对照组（66.67%），差异具有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论 临终关怀护理作用于癌症晚期患者，能够明显提高患者临终期的生存质量，患者满意度较高，能够帮助癌症晚期患者更加舒适、安详地走完人生的最后旅程，值得在临床上应用推广，广大护理研究人员应当予以关注。

The effect of hospice care nursing on the life quality in patients with advanced cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of hospice care nursing on the life quality of patients with advanced cancer, and analyze its application value in clinic. Methods Thirty cases of patients with advanced cancer in our department from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group (15 cases) and observation group (15 cases), the control group used routine clinical nursing, the observation group was treated with hospice care mode. The nursing results were evaluated by the life quality of core questionnaire and nursing satisfaction questionnaire made by our department. Results The scores of daily living ability, social activities, depression symptom scores, anxiety symptom scores and total scores of life quality in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hospice care nursing used for patients with advanced cancer can significantly improve the life quality of the patients at the end of their life, the satisfaction rate of patients is higher, it can help patients with advanced cancer go through the final journey of their life more comfortable and peachful. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical application, the nursing researchers should pay attention to it.
