B超引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术在肾肿瘤诊断中的应用研究

摘要：

目的 探讨B超引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术在肾肿瘤诊断中的应用价值，为临床治疗肾肿瘤提供可供指导意见。方法 选取2009年5月至2015年5月我院收治的44例肾肿瘤患者作为研究对象，在B超引导下对这44例患者进行经皮肾穿刺活检术，将获取的组织送病理检查，对肾脏肿瘤的性质、类型进行判断，并观察患者在穿刺活检过程中是否出现并发症。结果 44例肾脏肿瘤患者的一次穿刺成功率为100.0%，组织完整切取率为100.0%，有22例透明细胞癌、2例移行细胞癌、2例肉瘤样癌、2例平滑肌脂肪瘤、2例肾母细胞瘤、2例嗜酸性细胞瘤、1例间叶源性恶性肿瘤、1例小细胞恶性肿瘤，剩余10例患 者为转移瘤。所有患者均未出现并发症，2例患者穿刺活检部位有少量渗血，压迫成功止血。结论 在B超引导下对肾脏肿瘤 患者进行经皮肾穿刺活检术检查，能够有效提高一次穿刺成功率，可对肾脏肿瘤的性质、类型进行有效判断，从而为肾肿瘤临床治疗方案的制定提供可靠的借鉴依据。

Ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy in the diagnosis of renal tumor research

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy in the diagnosis of renal tumor, and provide reference for clinical treatment of renal tumor. Methods Forty-four cases of patients with renal tumor admitted in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2015 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were given ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy and took tissue pathological examination. The nature and types of the renal tumor were judged and the complications in the process of puncture biopsy were observed. Results The puncture success rate of 44 patients with renal tumor was 100.0%, full cut rate of tissues was 100.0%. There were 22 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 2 cases of transitional cell carcinoma, 2 cases of sarcomatoid carcinoma, 2 cases of smooth muscle lipoma, 2cases of renal tumor, 2 cases of eosinophilic cell tumor, 1 case of cytopathology of malignant tumor, 1 case of small cell malignant tumor, the remaining 10 patients had metastatic tumor. All the patients had no complications, 2 patients had a small amount of bleeding, hemostasis successfully by compression. Conclusion The ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy in the diagnosis of renal tumor can effectively increase the success rate of puncture. It can effectively judge the nature and types of the renal tumor, and provide a reliable reference basis for the establishment of clinical treatment.
