外固定架在创伤骨科中的应用及疗效探究

摘要：
目的 探究创伤骨科中外固定架的应用效果。方法 选取96例在我院骨科中接受治疗的患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，采用常规切开复位内固定治疗的患者为对照组（48例），采用外固定架治疗的患者为试验组（48例），对比分析两组患者 治疗效果。结果 试验组患者在手术时间、术后并发症、愈合时间等方面明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在两组患者临床疗效的对比中，试验组治疗总有效率（91.67%）明显优于对照组（75.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在创伤骨科中应用外固定架治疗，其疗效显著，具有较高的安全性与可靠性，值得临床应用。

The application and curative effect exploration of the external
fixator in orthopaedic trauma

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of the external fixator in orthopaedic trauma. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients treated in Orthopaedic Departmnet in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups. The patients who were treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation classified into control group (48 cases), while the patients treated with external fixator classified into experimental group (48 cases). The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The operation time, postoperative complications, the healing time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.67%, which was better than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The external fixator in orthopaedic trauma treatment has distinct curative effect, with high safety and reliability, which is worth application.
