人工髋关节置换术与内固定治疗高龄不稳定性股骨转子间骨折效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨分析人工髋关节置换术与内固定治疗高龄不稳定性股骨转子间骨折效果。方法 选取我院收治的高龄不稳 性股骨转子间骨折患者43例，分为两组，对照组（21例）予以内固定治疗，观察组（22例）实施人工髋关节置换术治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者术前髋关节功能Harris评分无明显差异（P>0.05），术后两组患者髋关节功能Harris评分均改善，但观察组术后3、6、12、18个月髋关节功能Harris 评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄不稳定性股骨转子间骨折效果优于内固定治疗，值得推广。

The effect comparison between artificial hip replacement surgery and internal fixation

 for unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of fracture of hip arthroplasty and internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric. Methods Forty-three cases elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures were selected in our hospital and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with internal fixation treatment, the observation group received the implementation of artificial hip replacement, the therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed. Results Harris hip score had no significant difference between the two groups of patients before surgery (P>0.05). The postoperative Harris hip function scores of the two groups were improved after surgery, but the Harris hip score of the observation group after 3, 6, 12, 18 months were significantly higher than those of the control group (P< 0.05); the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Artificial hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric bone has better folding effect than the fixed treatment, which is worthy of promoting.
