对某高校附属医院信息科建设的思考和体会

摘要：

高校附属医院信息科是医院的一个重要部门，在医院的医疗、管理、教学、科研中发挥着重要作用，如何结合自身工作性质精准定位并稳步发展，是高校附属医院信息科建设的重要方面。本文通过阐述某医院信息科的工作职能和医院信息化建设的现状，结合作者在医院信息科和信息化建设方面的工作实际和切身体会，提出加强信息科建设的若干方面，以探索适合医疗集团信息化发展需要的信息化之路，加强信息科内涵建设，更好地为医院发展服务。

Thoughts and experiences on the construction of a university affiliated hospital information department

ABSTRACT：The information department of the university hospital is an important department, which plays an important role on medical, management, teaching and scientific research. How to work with their own characteristics to make precise position and steady development is an important aspect of the construction of the information department in the university affiliated hospital. This paper describes the job function and information construction of an information department in a hospital, combined with the author's working practice and personal experience in the hospital information department and information construction, so as to put forward several aspects of information department construction, in order to explore the information road which is suitable for medical group development and to strengthen the connotation construction in information department's, then to provide better service for the hospital development.
