液基细胞学检查在绝经后妇女子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值

摘要：

目的 分析液基细胞学检查在绝经后妇女子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值，为临床提供指导。方法 选取来我院治疗的280例绝经后妇女子宫内膜病变患者（2010年1月至2016年1月）作为本次试验的目标对象，对280例绝经后妇女子宫内膜病 变患均实施液基细胞学检查、分段诊刮组织病理学检查，以分段诊刮组织病理学检查的结果作为金标准，分析比较液基细胞学检查的诊断价值。结果 液基细胞学检查的诊断符合率和取材满意率分别为88.93%、94.29%，且取材满意率和分段诊刮组 织病理学检查比较无显著差异（P>0.05），两种检查方式组间出血量、无疼痛、轻微疼痛及明显疼痛的结果存在明显差异（P<0.05）。结论 液基细胞学检查对绝经后妇女子宫内膜病变具有较显著的诊断价值，且出血量较少，疼痛感较轻。

Value of liquid based cytology test in the diagnosis of postmenopausal women

with endometrial lesions

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the value of liquid based cytology test in the diagnosis of postmenopausal women with endometrial lesions and provide guidance for clinical. Methods Two hundred and eighty postmenopausal women with endometrial lesions from January 2010 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All the patients received liquid based cytology test and curettage histopathological examination. The curettage histopathological examination result was served as the gold standard, and liquid based cytology test value was compared and analyzed. Results The diagnosis accordance rate and sampling satisfaction rate of liquid based cytology test were 88.93% and 94.29% respectively, and the difference was not significant from the sampling satisfaction rate of curettage histopathological examination (P>0.05). But the difference of the amount bleeding and the number of patients with no pain, slighter pain and obvious pain feeling were significant between the two test modes (P<0.05). Conclusion Liquid based cytology test has a remarkable value in the diagnosis of postmenopausal women with endometrial lesions, which has the advantages of less bleeding and slighter painful feeling.
