小儿病毒性脑炎的临床特点及诊治

摘要：

目的 强化临床医师对小儿病毒性脑炎的认识。方法 收集本院2014年6月到2015年10月收治的66例病毒性脑炎患儿，对所有患儿进行临床症状判断等检查后，行实验室检查和脑电图检查，分析其结果。结果 66例患儿在不同年龄段、血常 规、脑脊液情况、头颅影像学和脑电图均呈现一定特点。结论 小儿病毒性脑炎临床特征表现的不明显，对于类似病症应该提 高警惕，检查观察早期生命特征，同时重视消化道与呼吸道异常情况、神经系统的阳性体征等，并结合脑脊液、脑电图等手段进行确诊。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of viral encephalitis in children

ABSTRACT：Objective To strengthen the knowledge of children with viral encephalitis. Methods Sixty -six cases of children with viral encephalitis were collected from June 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital. All the patients were examined by clinical symptoms and so on. The results of laboratory examination and EEG examination were analyzed. Results Sixty-six cases of children in different age, blood, cerebrospinal fluid, brain imaging and electroencephalography showed certain characteristics. Conclusion Clinical features of pediatric viral encephalitis is not obvious, for similar conditions should be vigilant psychology. Examination and observation of early life characteristics are necessary, it should pay attention to the digestive tract and respiratory tract abnormalities, positive signs of nervous system, combined with cerebrospinal fluid, EEG and other means to diagnoses.
