铸瓷高嵌体修复磨牙大面积牙体缺损的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨铸瓷高嵌体修复磨牙大面积牙体缺损的临床治疗效果。方法 选取我院收治的159例患者的164颗患牙，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，对对照组患者进行树脂充填治疗，对观察组患者进行铸瓷高嵌体修复治疗。在治疗后半年、1年、2年时分别对患者的临床治疗效果进行跟踪和评价。结果 治疗半年后，对照组的治疗成功率为93.75%，观察组的治疗成 功率为97.47%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗1年后，对照组的治疗成功率为86.11%，观察组的治疗成功率为 94.81%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗2年后，对照组的治疗成功率为71.21%，观察组的治疗成功率为96.97%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于磨牙大面积牙体缺损，运用陶瓷高嵌体进行修复能够取得较好的临床效果，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of casting porcelain inlay in repairing large area tooth defect of molars

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of casting porcelain inlay in repairing large area tooth defect of molars. Methods One hundred and fifty-nine patients with 164 teeth in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with resin filling treatment, and the observation group was treated with high inlay restoration. The patients' clinical treatment effect of half a year, one year, two years after treatment were tracked and evaluated. Results Half a year after treatment, the success rate of the control group was 93.75%, while the treatment group was 97.47% , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after one year of treatment, the success rate of the control group was 86.11% , while the treatment group was 94.81% , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); two years after treatment, the success rate of the control group was 71.21%, while the treatment group was 96.97%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the large area of molar tooth defect, ceramic inlay repair can achieve good clinical results, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
