针对性健康教育对热性惊厥患儿及其家庭心理、行为的影响

摘要:

目的 通过对热性惊厥患儿家长进行针对性健康教育,观察其对患儿家长心理健康状况、患儿行为发育及预后的影响。 方法 选择2010年1月至2015年1月收治的热性惊厥患儿252例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿家长采用常规的医疗告知方式,观察组患儿家长采用多种方式的针对性健康教育,比较健康教育前、后两组患儿家长心理健康状况、儿童行为状况及诊疗情况。结果 干预后,与对照组相比,观察组患儿家长的CPSS 各项指标、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及SCL-90总分下降较为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿5岁时学习问题、冲动-多动、焦虑及多动指数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);诊疗情况中两组患儿就诊次数、药物预防情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对性健康教育能减轻父母的心理压力,在一定程度上能影响儿童的行为发育及预后诊疗情况,值得推广。

    The influence of targeted health education in children with febrile

    seizures and their family psychology and behavior

    ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of targeted health education on parents' mental health status and children's benavior development. Methods Two hundred and fifty-two cases of FS children were selected from January 2010 to January 2015 and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The children's parents in the control group were treated with conventional medical disclosure mode, while children's parents in the observation group were given health education. The mental health status of parents, children behavior, and diagnosis and treatment situation before and after the intervention were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the CPSS index, somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, terror and SCL-90 total score of prents in the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The differences of learning problems, impulse and hyperactivity, anxiety and hyperactivity indices were statistically significant between the two groups of children at the age of 5 (P<0.05). The difference between visiting times, drug prevention status of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education can reduce the psychological pressure of parents,affect children's behavior development and prognosis of diagnosis and treatment in a certain extent, it is worth promoting.
