早期针灸治疗脑卒中的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨早期针灸治疗脑卒中的临床效果，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的脑卒中患者180例作为研究对象，根据治疗时机不同分为研究组和对照组。在中医辨证理论指导下，对所有患者进行症 状分型，根据分型结果，采用不同的针灸治疗方法。其中，对照组90例，在发病1周后进行针灸治疗；研究组90例，在病发 后，神经系统症状不再发展后24h即给予针灸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效，并记录两组患者治疗前、后日常活动能力、运动功能及平衡功能变化。结果 研究组经早期针灸治疗后，临床总有效率为87.78%，显著优于对照组的70.00%（P<0.01）。治疗前，两组患者ADL评分、运动功能及平衡功能评分比较均无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，研究组ADL评分、运动功能评分及平衡功能评分显著优于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.01）。结论 早期针灸治疗应用于脑卒中临床治疗中，可有效改善患 者临床疗效，提高日常活动能力、运动功能及平衡功能，从而提升预后质量与康复质量，值得推广应用。

Therapeutic observation on the early acupuncture treatment

 of cerebral stroke patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of early acupuncture treatment of cerebral stroke patients, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of cerebral stroke patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group according to the treatment time. Under the guidance of TCM dialectical theory, all the patients were divided into different types, and different acupuncture treatment methods were adopted to the patients, according to the results of classification. The control group (90 cases) was treated with acupuncture after onset of 1 week, while the study group (90 cases) was treated with acupuncture after the onset of the disease and neurological symptoms no longer develop after 24 h. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, the daily activity ability, motor function and balance function were recorded before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results After early acupuncture treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the study group was 87.78%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.01). Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL score, motor function score and balance function score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the score of ADL, motor function and balance function in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Early acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cerebral stroke can effectively improve the clinical curative effect, and improve the daily activity ability, motor function and balance function, so as to enhance the quality of prognosis and rehabilitations quality, it is worthy of popularization and application.
