经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗高龄前列腺增生的效果

摘要：

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗高龄前列腺增生的可行性和安全性。方法 选取2014年5月至2016年7月在医院接受治疗的86例高龄前列腺增生患者为研究对象，分为观察组与对照组，每组43例，对照组采用传统的经尿道前列腺电切术，观察组采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术，分析两组患者临床指标和术后临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组临床指标和并发症发生情况明显好于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者术后临床指标差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 等离子电切术治疗高龄前列腺增生具有疗效显著、安全性高和并发症少的优点，临床上值得推广应用。

Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly patients. Methods A total of 86 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia patients from May 2014 to July 2016 in hospital were selected as research objects, and divided into the observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received the traditional transurethral resection and transurethral resection of the prostate, the observation group was given transurethral plasma kinetic resection.The clinical parameters, postoperative clinical parameters and complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical indexes and complication incident rate in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05); two groups of patients with postoperative clinical indicators had no obvious difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Transurethral plasma kinetic resection in the treatment of the elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia has significant effect, high safety and less complications, which is worthy of popularization and application.
