超声心动图在心脏疾病中的诊断价值

摘要：

目的 探讨超声心动图在心脏疾病中的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析我院90例经胸外超声诊断为心脏疾病患者，分析超声心动图诊断符合率。结果 90例患者经超声心动图检查，符合率为90.00%（81/90），其中高血压心脏病诊断符合率 93.55%（29/31），老年心瓣膜退行性改变诊断符合率90.00%（18/20），先天性心脏病诊断符合率90.48%（19/21），冠心病诊断符合率为90.91%（10/11），心肌梗死性疾病诊断符合率71.43%（5/7）。结论 胸外超声心动图对心脏疾病的诊断具有重要意义，特别是对高血压性心脏病的诊断价值较高。

Diagnostic value of echocardiography in heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in heart disease. Methods Ninety -one patients in our hospital with chest ultrasound diagnosis of heart disease were retrospectively analyzed, the diagnostic accordance rate of echocardiographic was observed. Results The coincidence rate of 90 patients by echocardiography diagnosis was 90.0% (81/90), in which hypertensive heart disease coincidence rate was 93.4% (29/31), senile heart valve degeneration coincidence rate was 90.0% (18/20), congenital heart disease coincidence rate was 90.5% (19/20), coronary heart disease coincidence was 90.9% (10/11), diagnosis of myocardial infarction with the rate of 71.4% (5/7). Conclusion Thoracic Echocardiography is important for the diagnosis of heart disease, particularly has high diagnostic value for hypertensive heart disease.
