60例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿继发感染患者的临床

摘要：
目的 探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿继发感染患者的临床诊治方法及处理措施。方法 选择本院收治的子宫内膜异位囊肿继发感染患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组实施腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组实施开腹手术治疗，观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、卧床时间、抗感染时间及住院时间。结果 观察组的手术时间和术中出血量均显著短于或者少 于对照组，经比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后观察组的卧床时间、抗感染时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异有 统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿继发感染患者实施腹腔镜手术的治疗效果确切。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of 60 cases with secondary infection
of ovarian endometriosis cysts and its treatment measures

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment methods of the patients with secondary infection of ovarian endometriosis cysts and its treatment measures. Methods Sixty cases with secondary infection of ovarian endometriosis cysts in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery, while the control group was treated with laparotomy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, time in bed, anti infection time and hospital stay were observed in the two groups. Results The operation time and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly shorter or less than those in the control group (P<0.05). The time in bed, anti infection time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in thetreatment of patients with secondary infection of ovarian endometriosis cysts has a definite therapeutic effect.
