急性心梗急诊行PCI术中并发症的观察和预见性护理探讨

摘要：

目的 通过对急性心梗急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术中易发生、危及生命安全、需迅速处理的并发症进行分 析，制定有针对性的护理预防措施。方法 选择2013年1月至2015年6月收治的急性心梗急诊行PCI患者360例，对术中出现血压降低、室速、室颤、无复流、慢血流等需及时处理的并发症进行分析。结果 术中出现并发症140例，除1例死亡外，其 余并发症均得到及时有效处理，并顺利完成手术。结论 及时有效的护理干预可减少PCI术中并发症的进一步恶化，缩短手 术时间，提高手术成功率。

Complication observation and predictive nursing discussion in PCI of acute myocardial infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To develop targeted nursing precautions through observing and analyzing the complications of emergency PCI in acute myocardial infarction. Methods Retrospective analysis of complications in 360 acute myocardial infarction cases underwent emergency PCI from January 2013 to June 2015, such as reduced blood pressure, ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation, no reflow, slow blood flow and so on. Results The operation complications appeared in 140 cases, except 1 cases died, the other cases were treated in time and completed the operation successfully. Conclusion Prompt and effective nursing intervention can reduce the futher deterioration of complications in PCI, shorten the operation time and increase the success rate of operation.
