护理风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用

摘要：
目的 探讨护理风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2014年5月至2015年11月于我院外科进行治疗的134例患者的临床资料，按照护理方法的不同分为对照组与试验组，每组67例。对照组患者行常规护理，试验组患者在常规护理的基础上予以护理风险管理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果及护理满意度。结果 护理后，试验组患者护理有效率显著高于对照组患者（P<0.05）；试验组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组患者，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在外科护理管理中，运用护理风险管理可有效降低风险事件的发生率，提高护理满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Nursing risk management application in surgical nursing management

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management. Methods The clinical data of 134 patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to November 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the nursing method, with 67 patients in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing, while the patients in experimental group were received nursing risk management on the basis of routine nursing care. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In surgical nursing management, nursing risk management can effectively reduce the risk of the emergence of events, improve nursing satisfaction, and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, which has a high clinical value.
