柴枳平肝汤治疗肝胃不和证功能性消化不良的疗效及其作用机制分析

摘要:
目的 探讨柴枳平肝汤治疗肝胃不和证功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及其作用机制。方法 选取于我院就诊的FD患者108例,所有患者均为肝胃不和证,将其随机分为两组,各54例。对照组患者口服多潘立酮片治疗,观察组患者服用柴枳平肝 汤治疗。对比治疗4 周后两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分及用药不良反应。结果 治疗4周后,观察组临床总有效率为 92.59%,明显高于对照组的75.93%(P<0.05);观察组肋腕疼痛、腕腹胀满、嗳气、反酸等中医症候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者用药期间均未发生明显的不良反应。结论 柴枳平肝汤能够显著缓解肝胃不和证功能性消化不良患者的中医症候,改善脾胃运化功能,促进胃液分泌,提高肠胃消化功能,具有临床应用价值。

Efficacy of Chaizhi Pinggan decoction on syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach in functional
dyspepsia and its mechanism of action

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chaizhi Pinggan decoction in the treatment of syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach in functional dyspepsia (FD) and its mechanism of action. Methods One hundred and eight cases of FD patients with disharmony between liver and stomach admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each group. The control group orally took domperidone tablets, the observation group accepted Chaizhi Pinggan decoction. The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom scores and drug adverse reactions after treated for 4 weeks were compared in the two groups. Results After treated for 4 weeks, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%, which was significantly higher than 75.93% of the control group (P<0.05); the TCM symptom scores of costa and wrist pain, ventral arm fullness and distention, belching, acid regurgitation of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); there was no drug adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Chaizhi Pinggan decoction in the treatment of FD patients with syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach can significantly relieve the TCM symptoms of patients, improve the transportation function of spleen and stomach, promote gastric secretion and increase the digestive function, which is worthy of application.
