动脉血气剩余血用于危重患者生化检验的临床应用价值

摘要：

目的 分析动脉血气剩余血用于危重患者生化检验的临床应用价值。方法 抽取我院2014年4月至2015年8月收治的66例危重患者纳入本研究，随后按照患者入院的先后顺序将其分为观察组及对照组，每组33例。对照组患者选择静脉血生化检验，观察组选择动脉血、剩余血生化检验，比较两组患者的检验结果。结果 经过生化检验，观察组和对照组患者的TBIL、TBA、LDH、AST、ALB、HBDH、GLU结果比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），两组患者的TP、ALT、DBIL、AKP 其1/2CLIA88 均在 许误差内。结论 动脉血气剩余血可以进行生化检验，同时具有较高的准确率，具有临床应用价值。

Clinical application value of arterial blood gas residual blood in critical patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical application value of arterial blood gas residual blood in critical patients. Methods Sixty-six case of critical patients admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2015 were selected. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the hospital sequence, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received venous blood biochemical test, while the observation group accepted arterial blood gas residual blood test. The test results of the two groups were compared. Results After biochemical test, there was no significant difference on TBIL, TBA, LDH, AST, ALB, HBDH and GLU of the two groups (P跃0.05). The TP, ALT, DBIL,AKP and 1/2CLIA88 were all within the margin of error. Conclusion Arterial blood gas residual blood can be used in biochemical tests, with high accuracy. It has clinical application value.
