髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效及适应范围分析

摘要：

目的 探讨髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效及适应范围。方法 选取2012年3月至2016年3月我院收治的100例胫腓骨骨折患者，均采取带锁髓内钉固定治疗，分析其临床疗效与适应范围。结果 患者的手术时间、术中失血量、骨折愈合时间、负重时间分别为（0.82±0.12）h、（90.09±6.43）mL、（4.09±1.09）个月、（2.45±0.98）个月，骨折愈合率、闭合复位率、扩髓率分别为96.00%、72.00%、18.00%，并发症总发生率为14.00%。结论 对胫腓骨骨折患者采用髓内钉固定，可促进骨折愈合，适合多段骨折与粉碎性骨折，并发症少、固定牢靠、安全有效，具有临床应用价值。

Analysis of the therapeutic effect and adaptive scope of intramedullary nail in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the the therapeutic effect and adaptive scope of intramedullary nail in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods One hundred cases of patients with fracture of tibia and fibula admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were selected, all the patients were treated with intramedullary nail. The therapeutic effect and adaptive scope were analyzed. Results The operative time, blood loss, healing time, weight-bearing time were (0.82±0.12) d, (90.09±6.43) mL, (4.09±1.09) months and (2.45±0.98) months respectively. The healing rate,closed reduction rate, reaming rate were 96.00%, 72.00% and 18.00% respectively. The complication rate was 14.00%. Conclusion Intramedullary nail in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula can promote the healing of fracture, it is suitable for multi segment fracture and comminuted fracture, which has the advantages of less complication, reliable fixation, safe and effective. It has the value of clinical application.
