三甲医院护士工作压力源与工作满意度相关因素分析

摘要:

目的 调查三级甲等医院护士压力源与工作满意度,分析其相关影响因素。方法 使用中国护士压力源量表与工作满意度量表,对西安市三所三级甲等医院护士326 名进行问卷调查,分析不同人口学特征、工作年限、科室、每周总工时、孕期哺乳期、规范化培训期护士工作压力源与工作满意度差异,以及每周总工时、规范化培训时长与工作压力源、工作满意度的相关性。结果 不同科室、每周总工时不同、孕期哺乳期与非孕期哺乳期、规范化培训期护士与非培训期护士的工作压力源水平和工作满意度得分有显著差异(P<0.05);每周总工时与压力源水平正相关,与满意度呈负相关(P<0.05);规范化培训期时长与压力源水平正相关,与满意度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 管理部门应关注护士工作压力源,以提高护士工作满意度,保障护理安全。

    Analysis of factors related to job stress and job satisfaction among nurses in grade III hospital

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigat stressors and job satisfaction of nurses in grade III hospitals and their influencing factors. Methods The Chinese nurse stressor scale and job satisfaction scale of questionnaires for 326 nurses were used in Xi'an City three III hospitals. The different demographic characteristics, working ages, departments, total weekly working hours, pregnancy and lactation, the standardized training of nurses job stressors and job satisfaction difference and the total work per week standardized training, job stressors, job satisfaction correlation were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the level of job stressors and job satisfaction among nurses in different periods and in the non lactation period (P<0.05). The total working hours per week was positively correlated with the level of stressors, and negatively correlated with satisfaction (P<0.05). The length of standardized training period was positively correlated with the level of pressure source, and negatively correlated with satisfaction (P<约0.05). Conclusion Management should pay attention to the source of nurses' job stress, so as to improve nurses' job satisfaction and ensure nursing safety.
