护理干预对腹部手术患者胃肠功能的影响

摘要：
目的 探究护理干预对腹部手术患者胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2013年1月至2014年12月我院收治的50例进行腹 部手术的患者为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组，各25例，观察组患者采用护理干预，对照组患者使用常规护理。观察并比较两组患者的胃肠功能恢复效果和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者胃肠功能恢复效果明显优于对照组患者（P<0.05）；观察组患者的首次排气时间、首次排便时间和肠鸣音恢复时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05)。结论 护理干预对腹部手术患者有积极的作用，能够更好地帮助患者恢复胃肠功能，提高患者对护理的满意度。

Influence of nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function of abdominal surgery patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function of abdominal surgery patients. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, 50 cases of abdominal surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group received nursing intervention, and the control group accepted usual nursing. The patients' gastrointestinal function and degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The gastrointestinal function recovery effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); the first
exhaust time, first defecation time and recovery time of bowel sounds of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for abdominal surgery patients has a positive effect,and it is conductive to patients' gastrointestinal function recover, and it also can improve their satisfiaction.
