不同麻醉方法对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者的效果对比分析

摘要：

目的 对比分析不同麻醉方法用于腹腔镜子宫切除术患者的效果。方法 选择2014年4月至2016年4月在我院接受腹腔镜子宫切除术的53例患者为研究对象，随机将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者采用全身麻醉，对照组患者采用硬膜外麻醉，对比两组患者的临床指标及麻醉效果。结果 观察组患者气腹后5min和停止气腹后5min的平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）水平明显低于对照组，清醒时间、拔管时间、自主呼吸恢复时间也明显短于对照组，差异均具有统计学意 义（P<0.05）。结论 对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者使用全身的效果和安全性明显优于使用硬膜外麻醉，效果显著，值得临床推广使用。

Comparative analysis of the effects of different anesthesia methods on laparoscopic hysterectomy patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the effects of different anesthesia methods on patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods Fifty-three cases of patients who treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the study objects, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group accepted general anesthesia, and the control group received epidural anesthesia. The clinical indicators and anesthesia effects of two groups were compared. Results Five minutes after pneumoperitoneum and 5 minutes after stop pneumoperitoneum, the mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the recovery time, extubation time and spontaneous breathing recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy and safety of general anesthesia on patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy are better than those of epidural anesthesia. The effect is significant, and it is worth to be popularized and used in clinic.
