腹腔镜直肠根治术与开腹直肠癌根治术治疗直肠癌的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨腹腔镜直肠根治术与开腹直肠癌根治术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2012年10月至2015年10月收治的88例直肠癌患者为研究对象，根据不同的手术方法分为对照组和研究组，对照组57例患者实施开腹直肠癌根治术，研究组31例患者实施腹腔镜直肠根治术，比较两组患者的手术情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者的手术时间显著长于对照组，但其他手术指标显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者的术后并发症发生率为 6.45%，显著低于对照组的26.32%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对直肠癌患者应用腹腔镜直肠根治术能有效减少术后并发症，缩短住院时间，促进患者康复，具有重要的临床价值。

Curative effect analysis of laparoscopic radical resection and open radical resection on rectal cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer and open radical resection on rectal cancer. Methods Eighty-eight cases of patients with rectal cancer in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different surgical methods. The control group (57 cases) underwent open radical resection, and the study group (31 cases) received laparoscopic rectal resection. The surgery situation and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group, while other surgery indexes were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The occurrence rate of postoperative complications of the study group was 6.45%, which was significantly lower than 26.32% of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection could effectively reduce postoperative complications, shorten hospitalization time and promote the rehabilitation for patients with rectal cancer, which has significant clinical value.
