妊高征经硫酸镁及硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的效果对比

摘要：

目的 对比分析妊高征患者经硫酸镁单用治疗与硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的效果。方法 选择本院接收的妊高征患者76例，随机均分成观察组（n=38）和对照组（n=38），对照组单纯应用硫酸镁治疗，观察组应用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平实施治疗， 比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的显效、好转及治疗总有效率高于对照组，无效率低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的血粘度、血细胞压积、24h尿蛋白定量、S/D、RI均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组水肿阳性、尿蛋白阳性及血压过高患者均明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的效果要显著优于单用硫酸镁治疗的效果，值得推广。

Comparison of the effect of magnesium sulfate and magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine

on pregnancy-induced hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate alone and magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Seventy -six cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n =38) and control group (n =38). The control group received magnesium sulfate alone and the observation group accepted the magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine. The clinical effects were compared in the two groups. Results The effective, improvement and total effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the inefficiency was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood viscosity, hematocrit, 24 h urinary protein, S/D, RI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the patients with edema positive, urine protein positive and high blood pressure in the observation were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on patients with pregnancy induced hypertension has a better effect than single magnesium sulfate treatment, it is worthy of promotion.
