个性化服务在90例糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

摘要:

目的 分析与探讨个性化服务在90例糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选择本院2014年10月至2016年4月收治的90例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分成A组(n=49)和B 组(n=41)。A组给予个性化服务模式,B组给予常规护理模式。对比两组患者的的护理满意度、护理效果及血糖情况。结果 A组的护理满意度是95.92%,高于B组的75.61%(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的的血糖情况比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白与餐后2h血糖均较护理前降低,且A组的均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组的护理有效率为93.88%,高于B组的85.36%(P<0.05)。结论 为糖尿病患者提供个性化服务具有较显著的护理效果,可提高患者的护理满意度,且改善其血糖情况,具有较重要的临床应用价值,可大力推广。

    Application of personalized service in nursing care on 90 cases of diabetic patients

    ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of personalized services on 90 cases of diabetic patients. Methods Ninty cases of patients with diabetes admitted into our hospital from October 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into group A (n=49) and group B (n=41). Patients in the group A were given personalized services, while patients in the group B were given traditional nursing, and the nursing satisfaction, nursing efficacy and blood glucose between the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rare of the group A was 95.92%, which was higher than 75.61% of the group B (P <0.05). Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of blood glucose in the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were lower than those before treatment, and those in the group A were lower than the group B (P<0.05). The nursing effective rate in the group A was 93.88%, which was higher than 85.36% of the group B (P <0.05). Conclusion Personalized services has significant efficacy on patients with diabetic, can improve the satisfaction and the levels of blood glucose, it has important clinical application value, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
