血栓弹力图的临床应用

摘要：

目的 对50例容易发生凝血功能紊乱患者的血栓弹力图进行探讨分析，研究其在临床诊治中的应用。方法 选取我院2015年6月至2016年6月的易发生凝血功能紊乱的患者50例为观察组，再同期选取50 例健康的志愿者为对照组，抽取两组患者的抗凝血，按照血栓弹力图检测仪标准操作规程进行血栓弹力图检测，并比较检测结果。结果 对照组的血栓弹力图 结果显示，K值、a角、MA值等各项检测指标均在正常范围内；观察组的血栓弹力图结果显示，R值缩短，a角及MA值增大。两组患者的R、K、MA、a角异常率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 易发生凝血功能紊乱患者的凝血过程可以通过血栓弹力图检测并反映出来，及时对患者的凝血功能进行准确的判断，以便于在临床中对患者进行更好的治疗。

ABSTRACT: Objective The thrombelastogram of 50 patients liabl e to hemagglutination disorder were explored and analyzed to study the clinical application in its diagnosis and treatment. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 50 patients liable to hemagglutination disorder in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 50 cases of healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group, and the anticoagulant blood samples were extracted and tested by the standard operation procedure of TEG, the detection results were compared in the two groups. Results The TEG results of the control group showed that the values of R, angle a and MA were within the normal range. The TEG results of the observation group showed that the value of R decreased, the values of angle a and MA increased. There were significant differences in the normal rates of R, K, angle a and MA between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The TEG results can reflect the progress of coagulation of patients liable to hemagglutination disorder, determine the coagulation function in patients accurately and timely and provide better treatment for the patients.
