超声引导下股静脉穿刺置管在小儿先天性心脏病介入手术中的应用

摘要:
目的 评价超声引导下行股静脉穿刺置管在小儿先天性心脏病介入封堵手术中的应用价值。方法 选择拟行介入封堵术的左向右分流型小儿先天性心脏病患儿60例,根据股静脉穿刺置管方式分为超声引导组(U组,n=30)和体表标志定位组(C组,n=30),观察两组患儿第一针穿刺成功率、穿刺时间及并发症发生情况。结果 U组股静脉第一针穿刺成功率、穿刺平均 时间及穿刺并发症发生率优于C 组(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下行股静脉穿刺置管可提高穿刺成功率,减少并发症的发生。

Application of ultrasound-guided femoral vein catheterization in children with congenital heart disease undergoing transcatheter closure

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasound guided femoral vein catheterization in children with congenital heart disease undergoing transcatheter closure. Methods Sixty children with left to right shunt congenital heart disease undergoing transcatheter closure were randomly divided into landmarks group (group C, n=30) and ultrasound group (group U, n =30) according to the femoral vein puncture catheter methods. The success rate of the first needle puncture, puncture time and complications were recorded in the two groups. Results The success rate of the first needle puncture, the average time of puncture and puncture-related complications were better than those in the group C (P<0.05).
Conclusion Ultrasound-guided femoral vein catheterization can improve the success rate of puncture and reduce the incidence of complications.
