芪苈强心胶囊在冠心病慢性心力衰竭治疗中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨芪苈强心胶囊在冠心病慢性心力衰竭（CHF）治疗中的应用价值。方法将86例冠心病CHF 患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各43例。对照组患者给予常规西医疗法，观察组患者在此基础上口服芪苈强心胶囊。比较两组患者治疗前、 后心率变异性时域指标（HRV）、N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）、脂联素（APN）、一氧化氮（NO）、内皮素-1（ET-1）、血栓素2
（TXB2）和6-酮前列腺素Fla（6-Keto-PGFla）水平的变化情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者的HRV、NO 和6-Keto-PGFla水平均显著上升（P<0.05），其余指标均显著下降（P<0.05），且观察组变化幅度显著大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 芪苈强心胶囊有助于降低冠心病CHF患者N末端脑钠肽前体、脂联素水平，改善血管内皮功能，从而改善心功能。

Application value of Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value of Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods Sixty -eight cases of patients with coronary heart disease combined with CHF were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine therapy, while the observation group received Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group. The changes of time domain indexes of heart rate variability (HRV), N-terminal pro-brain nitric peptide (NT-proBNP), adiponectin (APN), nitric oxide (NO), endothelia-1 (ET-1), thromboxane 2 (TXB2) and 6-Keto-prostaglandin (6-Keto-PGFla) were observed between two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of time domain indexes of HRV, NO and 6-Keto-PGFla were obviously higher than that before treatment in both two groups (P< 0.05), while the levels of NT-proBNP, APN, ET-1 and TXB2 obviously decreased (P<0.05). The amplitudes of variation of the observation group were obviously larger than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule can further reduce the levels of NT-proBNP and APN and improve vascular endothelial function, thus improving cardiac function.
