腰硬联合麻醉在高龄股骨骨折患者手术中的效果分析

摘要：

目的 总结分析腰硬联合麻醉在高龄股骨骨折患者手术中的效果。方法 将我院2012年2月至2015年1月收治的80例需行股骨骨折手术的高龄患者随机分成对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用全身麻醉方法，观察组采用腰硬联合麻醉方法，对比两组患者的麻醉效果和并发症发生情况。结果 观察组的麻醉优良率为95.00%，对照组的麻醉优良率为92.50%，组间差异不显著（P>0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为10.00%，明显低于对照组的27.50%，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 在高龄老人股骨骨折手术中采用全身麻醉和腰硬联合麻醉效果相近，但后者的并发症发生率更低，值得临床推广使用。

Effect observation of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on old patients with femoral fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To summarize the effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on elderly patients with femoral fracture surgery. Methods Eighty cases of elderly patients with femoral fracture treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2015 were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with general anesthesia and the observation group was treated with combined spinal -epidural anesthesia. The anesthesia effect and complication between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent rate of anesthesia of the observation group was 95.00%, of the control group was 92.50%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
For the complication rate, the observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than 27.50% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The general anesthesia and the combined spinal -epidural anesthesia have similar effect on elderly patients with femoral fracture surgery, but the complication rate of the latter is lower, which is worthy of clinical application.
