舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉在患者手术麻醉中的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉在手术麻醉中的临床效果。方法 选取2014年11月至2015年11月于我院进行心血管手术治疗的患者92例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各46例。对照组患者予以舒芬太尼进行静脉麻醉，观察组患者予以瑞芬太尼进行静脉麻醉。对两组患者的定向力恢复时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、VAS疼痛评分及苏醒时间及并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果 观察组患者定向力恢复时间、自主呼吸恢复时间及苏醒时间等均显著短于对照组，且在拔管后5min、0.5 h、1 h后，观察组VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组患者的并发症 发生率为73.92%，明显高于观察组患者的43.48%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对心血管手术患者实施静脉麻醉时 采用瑞芬太尼相比舒芬太尼麻醉效果更加显著，且安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of sufentanil and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia in patients with sugery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sufentanil and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia in patients with surgery. Methods Ninety-two cases of patients treated with cardiovascular surgery in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sufentanil intravenous anesthesia, the observation group was given remifentanil intravenous anesthesia. The directional force recovery time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, VAS score, recovery time and complication rate of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The directional force recovery time, spontaneous breathing recovery time and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores after 5 min, 0.5 h and 1 h of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the control group was 73.92%, which was higher than 43.48% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sufentanil, the anesthesia effect of remifentanil is more significant, and has higher safety, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
