会阴无创不保护分娩护理及临床效果

摘要：

目的 总结临床中会阴无创不保护分娩的护理经验，探讨其应用效果。方法 随机选取98例在我院进行分娩的产妇，将其均分为对照组和观察组，各39例，分别应用常规分娩护理和会阴无创不保护护理，观察两组产妇的产程时间、住院时间、 会阴撕裂程度、产后出血量、产褥期感染情况以及新生儿窒息发生率。结果 观察组产妇的产程时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，会阴撕裂程度低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；但两组新生儿窒息率、产褥期感染发生率、产后2h出血量 等指标水平较为接近，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 给予正常分娩产妇会阴无创不保护分娩，结合有针对性的护理干预措施，能够有效减轻产妇分娩过程中对会阴的损伤。

Nursing and clinical effect of perineum noninvasive and unprotected delivery

ABSTRACT: Objective To summarize the nursing experience of perineum noninvasive and unprotected delivery in clinic, and to explore its application effect. Methods Ninety-eight cases of puerpera in our hospital for delivery were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group, and they were used routine delivery nursing and perineum noninvasive and unprotected nursing respectively. The duration of labor, hospitalization, degree of perineal tear, postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal infection and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were observed between the two groups. Results The duration of labor, hospitalization of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the degree of perineal laceration was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). But the neonatal asphyxia, puerperal infection rate, postpartum hemorrhage in 2 h of the observation group were close to those of the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The perineum noninvasive and unprotected delivery combined with targeted care interventions for puerpera with normal delivery can effectively reduce maternal delivery during the perineal injury.
