全程优质护理服务在妊娠合并高血压病产妇分娩期的应用探讨

摘要：
目的 观察全程优质护理服务在妊娠合并高血压病产妇分娩期的应用效果。方法 随机选取我院2015年1月至2016年12月接收的462例妊娠合并高血压病产妇，平均分为对照组和研究组，每组231例。对照组产妇给予常规护理，研究组产妇给予全程优质护理，比较两组的分娩方式、产后出血发生率和血压控制效果。结果 研究组产妇的产后出血发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05），阴道分娩例数显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；分娩后，研究组产妇的收缩压、舒张压均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在妊娠合并高血压病产妇分娩期应用全程优质护理服务效果更为理想。

Application effect of whole course high quality nursing service in gestational hypertension puerperants during childbirth

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the application effect of whole course high quality nursing service in gestational hypertension puerperants during childbirth. Methods Four hundred and sixty -two cases of gestational hypertension puerperants during childbirth in our hospital were divided into study group and control group, with 231 cases in each group. Puerperants in control group were given routine nursing, while puerperants in study group were given whole course high quality nursing service. The delivery mode, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the effect of blood pressure control of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the number of vaginal delivery cases was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). After childbirth, systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of whole course high quality nursing service in pregnancy with gestational hypertension puerperants is remarkable.
