曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 于我院诊治的不稳定型心绞痛患者中抽取76例作为研究对象，经随机抽签方式分组，对照组（n=38）行常规综合治疗，治疗组（n=38）以常规综合治疗为基础，加用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效、血脂水平及心血管事件发生率。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率是 94.74%，高于对照组的71.05%（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者的TC、LDL-C 水平均低于治疗前，且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗组心血管事件发生率是7.89%，低于对照组的23.68%（P<0.05）。结论 曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效肯定，可有效控制患者的心绞痛症状，纠正其血脂水平，降低心血管事件的发生率。

Curative effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin on unstable angina pectoris

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Seventy-six cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n =38) and treatment group (n =38). The control group accepted conventional comprehensive therapy, while the treatment group combined trimetazidine with atorvastatin program on the basis of the control group, then the clinical efficacy, blood lipid levels and cardiovascular events were compared between the two group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74% , which was significantly higher than 71.05% of the control group (P <0.05); the levels of TC and LDL -C of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.01) ; the incidence rate of cardiovascular events in the treatment group was 7.89%, which was significantly lower than 23.68% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina has remarkable clinical efficacy, it can effectively control patients` symptoms of angina, and reduce their blood lipid levels and the incidence of cardiovascular events.
