糖尿病患者肾功能损害过程中血清胱抑素C等肾功能指标的监测应用评价

摘要：

目的 探讨糖尿病患者肾功能损害过程中血清胱抑素C等相关肾功能指标的监测应用效果。方法 于2015年7月至 2016年7月在我院选择90例糖尿病患者及30例健康体检者作为研究对象，将健康体检者设为健康组，根据糖尿病患者肾 功能损伤状况将患者分为单纯组（单纯糖尿病，n=30）、早期组（早期糖尿病肾病，n=30）、临床组（临床糖尿病肾病，n=30），分析四组受检者的血清胱抑素C、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量清蛋白检测结果。结果 临床组患者血清胱抑素C、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿 微量清蛋白水平与早期组、单纯组、健康组相比明显较高（P<0.05）；早期组患者血清胱抑素C、血肌酐尿微量清蛋白与单纯组相比明显较高（P<0.05）；早期组患者血清胱抑素C、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量清蛋白水平与单化组相比明显较高（P<0.05）；单纯组患者血清胱抑素C、尿微量清蛋白水平与健康组相比明显较高（P<0.05）。结论 血清胱抑素C、尿微量清蛋白在糖尿病患者肾功能损害诊断过程中敏感性高，具有良好的应用价值。

Monitoring application evaluation of serum inhibition C and other renal function indexes in the process of renal injury

 of diabetic patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the monitoring application effect of serum inhibition C and other renal function indexes in the process of renal injury of diabetic patients. Methods Ninety cases of diabetes patients admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 and 30 healthy cases (healthy group) were selected as the research objects. And according to the renal function injury status, 90 cases of diabetes patients were divided into simple group (simple diabetes, n=30), early group (early diabetic nephropathy, n=30), clinical group (clinical diabetic nephropathy, n=30). The serum inhibition C, urinary nitrogen, serum creatinine, urine trace albumin in the four groups were compared. Results The levels of urinary inhibition C, serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urine trace albumin in the clinical group were significantly higher than those of the early group, simple group and healthy group (P<0.05); the levels of urinary inhibition C, serum creatinine, urine trace albumin in the early group were significantly higher than those of the simple group (P<0.05); the levels of urinary inhibition C, serum creatinine and urine trace albumin in the early group were significantly higher than those of the simple group (P<0.05); the levels of urinary inhibition C, urine trace albumin in the simple group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum urinary inhibition C, urine trace albumin has high sensitivety in the process of diagnosis of kidney damage of diabetic patients, which has the remarkable clinical value.
