培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂、顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床分析

摘要：

目的 研究培美曲塞与奥沙利铂、顺铂联合应用治疗晚期肺腺癌的效果。方法 抽取于我院就诊的30例晚期肺腺癌患者作为研究对象，收治时间为2014年8月至2016年2月，根据治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为对照组和观察组，每组15例。对照组患者使用培美曲塞联合顺铂进行治疗，观察组患者则给予培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前、后生活质量。结果 两组患者治疗后的总有效率及病情稳定率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；在不良反应方面，观察组患者胃肠道反应及白细胞减少的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05），其他不良反应两组均有发生，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；在生活质量评分方面，观察组患者治疗后为（62.81±5.11）分，明显高于对照组患者的 （50.13±4.09）分（P<0.05）。结论 培美曲塞分别与奥沙利铂及顺铂联合治疗晚期肺腺癌患者，均有显著疗效，且效果相似，但与奥沙利铂联合使用不良反应发生率更低，患者耐受性更好。

Clinical analysis of pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Methods Thirty cases of patients with calculous cholecystitis admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different methods, with 15 cases in each group. The observation group received pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin treatment and the control group was given pemetrexed combined with cisplatin treatment. The clinical effect, complication incidence rate and life quality before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the illness stable rate had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); the incidence rates of gastrointestinal reaction and leucopenia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), the other complications incidence rate had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); the life quality score of the observation group was (62.81±5.11), which was obviously better than (50.13±4.09) of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin and cisplatin both has good effect in the treatment of advanced pulmonary adenocarcinomab, and pemetrexed combined with oxaliplati has lower complication incidence rate, which with better tolerability to the patients.
