结肠息肉患者行肠镜下高频电凝电切除术治疗的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨结肠息肉患者行肠镜下高频电凝电切除术治疗的效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的70例结肠息肉（均为单发）患者作为本次研究对象，根据息肉特点将患者分为有蒂组（n=41）、无蒂组（n=29）。两组结肠息肉患者均接受肠镜下高频电凝电切除术治疗，记录其治疗效果、不良反应（手术相关）发生情况。结果 两组结肠息肉患者均顺利完成相应外科手术治疗，有蒂组结肠息肉患者治疗成功率（97.56%）显著高于无蒂组（62.07%）（P<0.05）；有蒂组不良反应 总发生率（4.88%）低于无蒂组（34.48%）（P<0.05）。结论 有蒂结肠息肉经肠镜下高频电凝电切除术治疗，有效性及安全性均较为理想，而对于无蒂者应根据其实际情况选择合适的手术方案，从而有利于保障结肠息肉患者疗效及预后。

Effect analysis of high-frequency electrocoagulation resection in patient with colorectal polyps

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of high-frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of patients with colonic polyps. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 70 cases of patients with colon polyps (all solitary) in our hospital were selected as the research objects according to the characteristics of polyp of colon polyps, which were divided into pedicle group (n=41) and nonpedunculated group (n=29). Endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection was conducted in the two groups, the treatment effect, incidence of adverse reactions (surgery related) were recorded in the two groups. Results The effect rate of the pedicle group (97.56%) was higher than that of the nonpedunculated group（62.07%）(P<0.05); the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the pedicle group (4.88%) was lower than that of the nonpedunculated group（34.48%）(P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy and safety of the high-frequency electrocoagulation resection in patients with the pediatric polyps with colonoscopy are ideal, but for patients with nonpedunculated, we should choose the appropriate surgical program on the basis of the actual situation, to ensure the efficacy and prognosis for patients with colonic polyps.
