阿奇霉素治疗36例小儿肺炎的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法 选取我院于2014年1月至2015年1月收治的小儿肺炎患者72例为 研究对象，根据不同治疗方式分为两组，各36例。对照组患儿予以红霉素治疗，观察组患者实施阿奇霉素治疗，对照分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果 对照组患儿治疗总有效率为66.7%，观察组患儿总有效率为86.1%，两组患儿总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为13.9%，低于对照组的38.9%，差异具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的效果突出，值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Effect observation of azithromycin in the treatment of 36 cases of infantile pneumonia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of azithromycin in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods Seventy-two cases of infantile pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the study objects, and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with erythromycin, while the observation group accepted implemented azithromycin, then the clinical curative effect contrast analysis were conducted between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%, it was 86.1% in the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.9%, which was significantly lower than 38.9% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin applied in children with pneumonia has outstanding effect, which is worth popularization in clinical practice.
